From the initial contact, getting advice, obtaining a quote, agreeing on a suitable time for installation and to the actual installation and ease of payment was just so easy and handled very professionally. Of the quotes I got, Queensland Smoke Alarms quote was not the cheapest (nor the dearest) however they quoted, as per my request, on the best smoke alarms currently available in Australia. I really valued their expert advice and attention to detail which made my decision to go with them so very easy.
